Model portfolios, actor headshots, fashion lookbooks and personal branding — shot for the specific thing you need them to do.
A portfolio shoot has a job to do. A modelling portfolio needs range and clean, honest images that agencies can read quickly. An actor's headshot needs to look like you on your ordinary day, not like a heavily retouched stranger. A personal brand shoot needs to work cropped square, cropped wide and cropped to a circle.
So the first question is never "what look do you want" — it is "who is going to look at these, and what do they need to see". Everything else follows.
Jodhpur is an unusually good backdrop for this. Blue walls, sandstone, desert and heritage architecture give you four completely different looks within twenty minutes of each other, which means a single day can produce a portfolio with genuine range.

How It Works
From first message to final album

Define the use
Agency submission, casting, a website, a brand launch? The intended use determines crops, backgrounds, wardrobe and how many looks we need.

Styling and looks
We plan two to four looks with wardrobe changes and where each is shot. Bring more than you think; we will cut it down together.

Shoot
Studio for controlled, clean sets; location for the range that makes a portfolio interesting. Most sessions do both.

Selection and retouch
We shortlist together and retouch only the selects, properly. Skin keeps its texture — over-retouched portfolios get rejected.

How many looks should a modelling portfolio have?
Three to four is standard for a first portfolio: one clean headshot set, one full-length showing your natural proportions, one styled or editorial, and optionally one casual. Agencies want to see you clearly before they want to see you styled.
Do you provide hair, makeup and styling?
We can arrange a hair and makeup artist for the session — quoted separately at cost. Styling guidance is included in the consultation.
How much retouching do you do?
Enough to remove temporary things — a blemish, a stray hair, a crease. We do not reshape faces or bodies. A portfolio that does not look like you causes problems at the casting, not at the shoot.
